Guest Service Experts deliver a memorable dining experience through guest service, food and drink service, table setting, kitchen communication, and cleaning duties.
The role involves hands-on work and extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking.
Role duties
- Set tables, communicate with the kitchen, interact with guests, and serve food and drinks.
- Clean work areas and supplies and help make transactions part of the guest experience.
- Follow company policies and procedures, contribute to a safe workplace, and uphold quality standards.
- Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication; read and visually verify menu information.
- Perform physical tasks including moving and handling items, reaching, bending, twisting, and stooping, and other reasonable duties as requested.
Preferred qualifications and experience
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is listed as preferred.
- Related work experience: less than one year.
- Supervisory experience: none.
- License or certification: none.
