We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Supervisor to oversee daily service operations and ensure smooth coordination between field staff, office administration, and clients.
This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills to maintain service quality, address client needs, and support team performance.
The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and comfortable handling both operational coordination and customer communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of field staff to ensure schedules and service standards are met.
- Communicate regularly with staff to provide instructions, updates, and support.
- Liaise with office administration to coordinate scheduling, reporting, and operational requirements.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing questions, concerns, and service requests professionally.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
- Monitor service quality and follow up with staff and clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Maintain clear records of communications, schedules, and service updates.
- Support the management team with operational planning and process improvements.
Requirements
