About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a motivated and organized Junior Admin Assistant to join our cleaning company team.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, detail-oriented, and able to manage daily administrative and customer service tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally
- Schedule cleaning appointments and update bookings
- Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on requests
- Maintain records, files, and daily reports
- Coordinate with cleaning staff regarding schedules and job updates
- Handle basic data entry and administrative support tasks
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
Requirements
- Good communication and telephone skills
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Professional attitude and positive work ethic
- Previous admin or customer service experience is an advantage
- Fluent in English
