The Operations Supervisor supports daily event site operations, coordinates on-ground teams, monitors operational areas, and helps ensure activities follow event plans and procedures.
The contract runs from 9 November 2026 to 23 December 2026.
Event operations duties
- Supervise daily on-site activities and ensure operational areas are ready for visitors.
- Coordinate staff, suppliers, and service providers to support daily operations.
- Monitor site conditions, visitor movement, and operational requirements.
- Conduct regular site checks and report issues requiring attention.
- Support implementation of operational schedules, staffing plans, and procedures.
- Respond to on-site challenges and coordinate timely solutions with relevant teams.
- Maintain operational records and provide regular updates to the Operations Manager.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in event operations, venue operations, or live event delivery.
- Experience supervising teams in public venues, entertainment facilities, or large-scale events.
- Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage on-site activities and respond to changing priorities.
- Good understanding of site safety and operational procedures.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
