About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead and build the operational backbone of the business. This role will manage the end-to-end operational flow — from test kits and lab coordination to partner clinics, logistics, and customer experience — ensuring a seamless journey from Test → Analyse → Insight → Act. This is a hands-on role for someone who can execute, solve problems quickly, and build scalable systems.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Operations

• Manage the full customer journey:
• Test kit distribution or clinician booking
• Sample collection and lab coordination
• Results processing and reporting
• Handover to recommendation/treatment stage
• Ensure a smooth and efficient operational flow across all stages

Labs, Clinics & Partners

• Manage relationships with:
• Testing laboratories
• Partner clinics (IV therapy, peptides, etc.)
• Coordinate service delivery and ensure quality standards
• Onboard new partners and expand the network

Logistics & Fulfillment

• Oversee test kit inventory, storage, and distribution
• Manage logistics for home kits and clinic-based testing
• Coordinate with couriers and fulfillment partners
• Optimize turnaround times

Customer Experience & Delivery

• Ensure a seamless user experience from onboarding to results
• Identify and fix operational bottlenecks
• Work closely with product/tech (if app-based) to improve flow
• Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction

Compliance & Quality Control

• Ensure compliance with UAE health and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with labs and partners to meet standards
• Oversee data handling processes (health data sensitivity)
• Ensure labeling, testing, and reporting standards are maintained

Process Building & Scaling

• Build SOPs across operations
• Implement systems to track performance (TAT, costs, conversion)
• Improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
• Prepare operations for scale (more users, more partners, more markets)

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work with founders on execution and rollout
• Coordinate with marketing and product teams
• Support new product/service launches (e.g., new panels, therapies)

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in operations, preferably in health-tech, diagnostics, FMCG, or service platforms
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder operations (labs, clinics, logistics, vendors)
• Strong understanding of UAE/GCC operational and regulatory environment
• Experience in customer journey operations (end-to-end service delivery)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Hands-on, execution-driven mindset
• Strong problem-solving ability

Required Skills

Experience in:

• Diagnostics / lab testing / healthcare operations
• Health-tech platforms or apps
• Subscription or D2C models

Familiarity with:

• Biological markers, wellness, or longevity space
• Partner clinic networks in UAE

Preferred Skills

• Someone practical and on-the-ground
• Strong ownership — able to run operations independently
