We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven
Operations Manager – Licensed Retail Division
to oversee the end-to-end operations of our licensed retail business in the UAE.
The role will be responsible for managing retail operations, supply chain, warehousing, distribution, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and team leadership across the division.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of retail outlets, warehousing, and distribution channels
- Manage procurement, inventory control, stock accuracy, and logistics operations
- Ensure compliance with UAE licensing regulations and operational standards
- Monitor sales performance, profitability, and operational costs
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, distributors, and hospitality partners
- Lead and develop operational teams, store managers, and warehouse staff
- Support business growth initiatives and customer service excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Hospitality Management, or related field
- 7–10 years of experience in retail operations, beverage distribution, FMCG, or hospitality operations
- Strong experience in supply chain management, procurement, and inventory control
- Knowledge of UAE regulatory and compliance requirements within licensed retail operations
- Strong leadership, financial management, and operational planning skills
- Experience within licensed retail, hotel beverage supply, or beverage import/distribution operations in the UAE or GCC
- Familiarity with UAE licensing systems and regulatory authorities

- 💰 Salary Range: AED 20,000 – AED 25,000 all-inclusive
