Alliance 360 Employment Services is hiring an Assistant Operations Manager with mandatory experience in the UAE Manpower Supply / Outsourcing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily manpower operations and workforce deployment
- Coordinate with clients and handle operational requirements
- Supervise site teams, attendance, and workforce utilization
- Ensure smooth mobilization, replacements, and shift coverage
- Handle client complaints and operational issues
- Maintain compliance with UAE labor laws and documentation
- Support reporting, timesheets, and operational planning
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of UAE manpower industry experience
- Strong client coordination and team management skills
- Knowledge of UAE labor law and manpower operations
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- UAE Driving License preferred
