About the Role

WEFIT Group is seeking a Group Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations across renovation, joinery, service and maintenance, and related divisions.

The role reports directly to the Managing Director and serves as the primary operational contact across the group.

This is a senior management position requiring strong UAE interior fit-out, renovation, civil, MEP, and joinery operations experience.

Project and Operations Management

  • Manage multiple renovation and fit-out projects from planning through execution, snagging, and final handover.
  • Coordinate Civil, MEP, Joinery, Design, Procurement, and Site teams.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, manpower, resource allocation, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Conduct project and operational review meetings and provide weekly consolidated operational reports to the Managing Director.

Procurement and Delivery

  • Oversee joinery production, material planning, delivery, and installation.
  • Coordinate procurement and ensure critical materials are ordered on time.
  • Monitor subcontractor performance and project requirements.

Risk, Quality, and Client Management

  • Identify delays and operational risks and implement recovery plans.
  • Ensure proper quality control and timely closure of snags.
  • Handle major client escalations and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Establish accountability, deadlines, and KPIs for team members.

Business Operations

  • Monitor Service, Maintenance, and AMC operations.
  • Coordinate with Finance and Accounts on project costs, budgets, receivables, and operational requirements.
  • Implement systems and processes to improve productivity, accountability, and operational efficiency.
  • Take ownership of problems by identifying causes, solutions, and recommended actions.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably with strong UAE experience.
  • Proven management experience in interior fit-out, renovation, contracting, or joinery.
  • Strong understanding of Civil, MEP, and Joinery works.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and knowledge of planning, BOQs, procurement, subcontractors, costing, quality control, and handover.
  • Strong leadership, team-management, client communication, conflict-resolution, reporting, and organizational abilities.
  • UAE driving licence is preferred.

Compensation and Growth

  • Salary is AED 5,000–7,000 per month depending on experience.
