Role overview
Supervise and manage carpentry works at project sites, ensuring quality workmanship and timely project completion.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise carpenters and finishing carpenters, assign daily tasks, and monitor team performance and productivity.
- Interpret drawings, measurements, and project specifications; oversee installation of doors, cabinets, wardrobes, kitchen units, wooden partitions, and other joinery.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and other trades; inspect work against quality standards and client requirements.
- Manage materials, tools, and manpower; follow site safety procedures and project deadlines.
- Report daily progress and resolve site-related issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Carpentry Foreman or Senior Carpenter in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry, joinery, and finishing works; ability to read drawings and take accurate measurements.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage a team and work to project deadlines.
- A UAE driving licence is an advantage.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,000–3,500 per month.

- Work location is in person.
