Full-time Civil Engineer role with WEFIT Group in Dubai, supporting renovation, fit-out, and contracting projects.
The role focuses on Dubai Municipality approvals, technical drawing preparation, submissions, follow-ups, and coordination with authorities.
Key responsibilities
- Handle Dubai Municipality approvals and submissions for company projects.
- Prepare, review, and revise technical, architectural, and civil drawings, layouts, and other submission drawings.
- Review existing drawings and site conditions before preparing authority submissions.
- Ensure drawings comply with Dubai Municipality regulations, building codes, and authority requirements.
- Submit documents through applicable authority portals and follow up on comments, revisions, inspections, and approvals.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, project managers, technical personnel, authorities, and developers on approvals and NOCs.
- Maintain records of submissions, approvals, NOCs, approved drawings, and authority correspondence.
- Provide technical clarification, conduct site visits, verify site execution against approved drawings, and support project close-out.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Valid Dubai Municipality approval or registration as a Civil Engineer relevant to the company's required activity.
- Previous experience handling Dubai Municipality submissions and approvals; strong knowledge of applicable regulations and procedures.
- Strong AutoCAD skills and ability to independently prepare and revise submission drawings.
- Ability to understand architectural, structural, and MEP drawings; familiarity with authority portals and online submissions.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in renovation, villa modification, fit-out, or building contracting projects is preferred; UAE experience is strongly preferred.
Pay
- AED 3,000–4,000 per month.

- Work location is in person in Dubai.
