As we expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced **Operations Manager** to lead and optimize our daily business processes.
Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven **Operations Manager** to oversee and streamline our operational activities.
The ideal candidate will ensure that our logistics, trading, and supply chain functions operate efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise day-to-day operational activities across logistics, supply chain, and trading functions.
- Develop and implement efficient operational processes and workflows.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage budgets, inventory, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on operational performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role, preferably in logistics or trading.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management, inventory control, and operational best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
