Operations Manager

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Supervise multi-site valet operations and lead, train, motivate, and monitor attendants, drivers, supervisors, and other staff.
• Plan staffing and schedules; monitor productivity, attendance, grooming, discipline, and service quality.
• Coordinate with clients, property managers, security teams, and other stakeholders; resolve customer concerns and operational issues.
• Inspect sites and ensure safety, operating procedures, vehicle handling, parking, key management, ticketing, and vehicle movement standards.
• Prepare and review operational, manpower, attendance, incident, and performance reports; identify challenges and implement corrective measures.
• Support new-site openings and mobilization, including manpower, training, equipment, and setup; coordinate recruitment and deployment with HR.
• Manage incidents, accidents, vehicle damage claims, and emergencies; maintain resources and improve efficiency, service quality, and customer experience.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in valet parking, parking operations, hospitality, transportation, facilities management, or a related field.
• Experience managing large operational teams and multiple locations; large-scale valet or parking operations experience is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, problem-solving, customer service, and client relationship skills.
• Knowledge of manpower planning, scheduling, performance monitoring, health, safety, and operational procedures.
• Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel and reporting tools; able to manage pressure and multiple priorities.
• Valid UAE driving licence is required.

Compensation

• Pay is stated as AED 8,000–12,000 per month.
