The employer is seeking a detail-oriented Arabic Accountant for a team in the parking-management industry.
The accountant will manage financial records, maintain accounting accuracy, and support the financial health of garage operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports in line with company policies and accounting standards.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports in Arabic.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable and process invoices and payments on time.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities with data analysis.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and tax laws.
- Collaborate across departments to provide financial insights and support operations.
- Assist with audit preparations and liaise with external auditors as needed.
Skills and qualifications
- Fluency in Arabic with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience as an accountant; two years is preferred.
- Parking-management or related-industry experience is preferred.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and multitasking ability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A relevant accounting qualification or certification is a plus.
Employment and pay
- Job type is full-time.
- Pay is AED 4,000–6,000 per month.
