Provide professional, friendly, and efficient assistance to residents, visitors, and guests.
Welcome guests, manage inquiries, provide information, coordinate requests, and support a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome residents, visitors, and guests courteously; provide information about facilities, services, directions, and general inquiries.
- Assist with requests and follow up; handle telephone, email, and other customer inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and other departments to address guest requirements.
- Keep the reception and concierge desk clean, organized, and presentable; manage visitor registration and access procedures.
- Receive, record, and coordinate package deliveries where applicable; maintain accurate records of requests, incidents, and daily activities.
- Handle complaints professionally and escalate unresolved issues; follow company policies, safety procedures, and service standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Qualifications and requirements
- A hospitality or customer service qualification is an advantage.
- Previous concierge, front desk, reception, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and office applications.
- Ability to multitask, work effectively under pressure, solve problems, and pay attention to detail.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Pay
- AED 3,000–3,500 per month.

- Work is in person.
