Operations Executive (Corporate Services)

About This Role

The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and composed Operations Executive to support the day-to-day delivery of our corporate services practice. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ADGM, DIFC, and major UAE free zones such as DMCC, RAKEZ, and others, along with a working knowledge of goAML reporting. You will be working directly with sophisticated clients, so a calm and professional demeanour is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end company incorporation processes in ADGM, DIFC, and major UAE free zones (DMCC, RAKEZ, etc.)
• Prepare and submit formation applications, including KYC documentation, resolutions, and statutory filings
• Coordinate with registrars, regulators, and relevant authorities to ensure timely completion of client matters
• Support ongoing corporate administration including amendments, renewals, and compliance filings
• Assist with goAML registration and reporting obligations
• Maintain accurate records, trackers, and client files
• Liaise directly with clients, providing clear updates and managing expectations professionally
• Support the wider team with operational and compliance-related tasks as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in UAE corporate services, with demonstrated experience in ADGM, DIFC, and/or major free zones such as DMCC and RAKEZ
• Working knowledge of goAML
• University degree
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Calm, confident, and comfortable engaging with high-net-worth clients
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and meet deadlines
