Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operational tasks within our car rental division. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the RTA portal, particularly in renewing vehicle registrations (Mulkiya), and will play a key role in coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth fleet operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle vehicle registration renewals (Mulkiya) through the RTA portal.
- Monitor and ensure timely renewal of all vehicle documents and permits.
- Coordinate with internal departments (fleet, customer service, finance) to streamline operational processes.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle documentation and registration status.
- Liaise with government authorities and service providers for compliance and regulatory matters.
- Support fleet scheduling, vehicle delivery, and return processes.
- Assist in preparing operational reports and documentation for audits.
- Resolve operational issues promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the UAE car rental or transport industry.
- Strong knowledge of the RTA portal and vehicle registration processes.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office and fleet management systems.
- UAE driving license is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
