We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Officer to support the daily administrative and operational functions of

The role involves handling documentation, coordinating with internal teams and external authorities, and ensuring efficient office operations and high-quality client service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize client files, company documents, and licensing records.
  • Coordinate with government authorities and relevant entities for application submissions and approvals.
  • Assist in processing company formation, trade licenses, renewals, and amendments.
  • Maintain accurate records of client documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with internal departments (sales, PRO, finance) to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Monitor deadlines for license renewals, regulatory submissions, and other operational requirements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and official communication.
  • Prepare reports, forms, and administrative documents as required.
  • Maintain office supplies and support general administrative functions.
  • Provide support in coordinating meetings and internal activities.

Qualifications & Skill

  • UAE National with valid family book.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
