We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Officer to support the daily administrative and operational functions of
Radiantbiz Management Consultancy LLC
.
The role involves handling documentation, coordinating with internal teams and external authorities, and ensuring efficient office operations and high-quality client service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize client files, company documents, and licensing records.
- Coordinate with government authorities and relevant entities for application submissions and approvals.
- Assist in processing company formation, trade licenses, renewals, and amendments.
- Maintain accurate records of client documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with internal departments (sales, PRO, finance) to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor deadlines for license renewals, regulatory submissions, and other operational requirements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and official communication.
- Prepare reports, forms, and administrative documents as required.
- Maintain office supplies and support general administrative functions.
- Provide support in coordinating meetings and internal activities.
Qualifications & Skill
- UAE National with valid family book.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
