Overview

The Area Commercial & Operations Executive supports the commercial success of the MEAA region by combining sales support, commercial analytics, and operational execution.

This role fully incorporates the responsibilities of the Sales Support Executive and the commercial support for Core and New Growth Categories (NGC).

The role contributes to market assessment, launch readiness, and execution tracking in close collaboration with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain.

The role demands a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple workflows and analyze market intelligence.

They will ensure that the Sales Managers and broader leadership team are equipped with the insights and tools needed to drive growth and make informed decisions.

Sales Support & Operations

  • Provide operational and administrative support to Market Heads and Sales Managers across MEAA.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales orders, pricing, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with supply chain to ensure timely order placement, production, and delivery.
  • Support receivables follow-up to ensure customers meet payment terms.
  • Manage selected small accounts end-to-end when assigned by Market Heads.
  • Handle and escalate customer complaints related to quantity, quality, or delivery.

Commercial & Market Development (Core & Ngc)

  • Support the sales team in delivering commercial targets through analysis, reporting, and execution support.
  • Participate in market feasibility assessments for New Growth Categories not yet launched in the region.
  • Collect and analyze data on market size, customer segments, competition, pricing, and channel structure.
  • Support the end markets with Core and NGC launches, execution & tracking of KPIs.
  • Support the team with NPI business cases development.

Market Intelligence & Execution Excellence

  • Compile and analyze competitor activities, regulatory changes, and channel dynamics.
  • Provide structured insights and recommendations to Market Heads.
  • Conduct field visits to assess execution quality and identify operational gaps.
  • Support post-launch reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years in sales support, commercial operations, or FMCG-related role.
