Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Operations Executive to oversee and optimize daily operations within our business setup consultancy.
You will be responsible for coordinating client workflows, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end company formation process (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore).
- Liaise with government authorities (e.g., DED, MOHRE, Immigration, Free Zone authorities).
- Monitor client onboarding, visa processing, licensing, renewals, and other PRO services.
- Develop and refine SOPs to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Manage and train operations and PRO staff.
- Ensure timely delivery of services and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Track KPIs and provide performance reports to senior management.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with local laws and policies.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in business setup or corporate services (UAE or other relevant markets like banking, finance).
- Preferred knowledge of local regulations (especially if in UAE: DED, Free Zones, MOHRE, immigration laws).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication
- Proficiency with CRM systems and workflow tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
