Operations Coordinator

Job Summary
Zeero-Inc LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day functioning of our business operations in Doha. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, coordinating between departments, and maintaining smooth workflow across projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure projects and processes run efficiently
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders
- Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to operations
- Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures
- Track inventory, supplies, and resource allocation as needed
- Support budgeting processes and cost tracking for operational activities
- Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance productivity
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, administration, or coordination roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment
- Familiarity with project management tools or ERP systems
- Knowledge of operational best practices and process optimization
