We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator who can manage daily logistics activities, support teams, and help improve operational efficiency.
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive monthly salary: QAR 4,500 – 7,000 (based on experience)

Work Schedule
- Full-time position
- 8 hours per day
- 5–6 days per week
- Fixed or rotational schedule depending on operations
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily logistics and operational activities
- Track shipments, deliveries, and inventory movements
- Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and clients
- Ensure timely processing of orders and dispatch schedules
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
- Monitor operational performance and resolve issues quickly
- Support planning and scheduling to improve efficiency
- Handle administrative tasks related to operations
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards
- Assist in improving workflows and operational processes

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in operations, logistics, or administrative roles is an advantage
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
