We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator who can manage daily logistics activities, support teams, and help improve operational efficiency.

Work Schedule

• Full-time position
• 8 hours per day
• 5–6 days per week
• Fixed or rotational schedule depending on operations

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics and operational activities
• Track shipments, deliveries, and inventory movements
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and clients
• Ensure timely processing of orders and dispatch schedules
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
• Monitor operational performance and resolve issues quickly
• Support planning and scheduling to improve efficiency
• Handle administrative tasks related to operations
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards
• Assist in improving workflows and operational processes

• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
