The Role

As the Group Operations Coordinator, you will be the central nervous system of Rawaf Group. Working from our West Bay office, you will bridge the gap between various departments and business units, ensuring that our daily operations run like clockwork and our strategic goals are met with precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Synergy: Streamline workflows between different business units to maximize productivity and resource allocation.
• Project Oversight: Monitor ongoing group-wide initiatives, tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Logistics & Procurement: Oversee vendor relationships and manage the procurement lifecycle for group requirements.
• Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in current procedures and implement creative, scalable solutions.
• Reporting: Prepare comprehensive operational reports for senior leadership to assist in data-driven decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 4+ years in operations management or coordination, ideally within a diversified group or holding company.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a significant advantage).
• Technical Savvy: High proficiency in ERP systems and project management software.
