Tour Operations Coordinator – Splendid-Tour LLC (Doha, Qatar)

Position Summary
Splendid-Tour LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Tour Operations Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of travel and tour services in Doha. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, high-quality customer experiences, and efficient communication between clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Tour Planning & Coordination

  • Assist in designing and organizing inbound and outbound tour itineraries.
  • Coordinate transportation, accommodations, activities, and guides for tour packages.
  • Ensure all bookings are confirmed, accurate, and aligned with client requirements.

Operational Management

  • Monitor daily tour schedules and ensure timely execution of services.
  • Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and activity vendors.
  • Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, or emergencies efficiently.

Customer Service

  • Communicate with clients before, during, and after tours to ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate travel information, itineraries, and support.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Supplier & Partner Relations

  • Maintain strong relationships with local and international partners.
  • Negotiate rates and ensure service quality standards are met.
  • Verify vendor performance and report inconsistencies when needed.

Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain records of bookings, invoices, and tour documentation.
  • Assist in preparing operational reports and performance summaries.
  • Support billing and payment coordination with the finance team.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in tour operations, travel coordination, or hospitality.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and booking/CRM systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle dynamic travel schedules.
