Position Summary

Louisiana Range LLC is seeking a highly organized and safety-focused Range Operations Coordinator to oversee daily operations of our shooting range facility in Doha. The role is responsible for coordinating range activities, ensuring strict compliance with safety standards, supporting instructors and clients, and maintaining efficient facility operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong operational management skills, experience in range or training environments, and a firm commitment to safety, discipline, and customer service excellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesRange Operations & Safety

• Supervise daily shooting range operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Enforce all safety rules, protocols, and range procedures at all times
• Conduct safety briefings for clients and visitors before range use
• Monitor live-fire activities to ensure compliance with safety standards
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or unsafe behavior

Coordination & Scheduling

• Manage range bookings, instructor schedules, and facility usage
• Coordinate with training staff, instructors, and management
• Ensure proper allocation of lanes, equipment, and resources
• Support event planning such as training courses and group sessions

Facility & Equipment Management

• Oversee maintenance and readiness of range equipment and firearms
• Coordinate inspections, repairs, and inventory control
• Ensure ammunition, protective gear, and supplies are properly stocked
• Report technical issues and coordinate with maintenance teams

Customer Service & Support

• Greet and assist clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
• Provide guidance on range procedures and services offered
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Support VIP guests, corporate groups, and training participants

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with all local regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate logs of range activity, incidents, and usage reports
• Assist management in audits, inspections, and compliance reviews

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in shooting range operations, military, law enforcement, or security training environments preferred
• Strong understanding of firearms safety and range protocols
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure situations
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Basic computer skills for scheduling and reporting
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods

Preferred Attributes

• Certified firearms safety instructor or range safety officer (RSO) qualification
• Experience working in multicultural environments
• Customer service or hospitality background is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and discipline

Working Conditions

• Indoor/outdoor range environment with exposure to loud noise and live-fire activities
• Requires adherence to strict safety protocols and use of protective equipment
• Shift-based work, including weekends and evenings as needed
