Operations Coordinator- Camp & Labor Management- UAE Driving License

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee welfare, accommodation, and transportation requirements
- Liaise with camps, sites, supervisors, drivers, and internal teams
- Handle employee queries and welfare-related concerns
- Conduct site and camp visits and follow up on operational issues
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
- Support HR and Operations with workforce-related requirements
- Ensure timely resolution of welfare and operational matters
Requirements
- Previous experience in operations, welfare services, camp coordination, facilities, or employee services
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good follow-up and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable travelling across different sites
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
- UAE experience preferred
- Immediate joiners or candidates available on short notice will be an advantage
