Provide guest experiences and guide visitors through an attraction, supporting their safety and enjoyment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and explain the experience.
- Help guests navigate the facility and answer questions.
- Enforce exhibition rules, monitor guest behavior, and respond to safety concerns or emergencies.
- Resolve visitor inquiries and issues.
- Maintain facility cleanliness and order.
- Share information about events, exhibitions, and promotions.
- Represent the brand professionally and enthusiastically, with an interest in art and technology.
Essential qualifications
- Excellent English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- Good working ability with Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills, including identifying trends in provided data.
- Ability to act quickly and think on your feet.
Desirable experience
- One year of operational department experience in hospitality or leisure is desirable.
- Knowledge of dry theme parks and attraction operations is desirable.
