Role overview

Guest service and sales

• Welcome guests, listen attentively, and provide information and suggestions about prices, promotions, shows, rides, and attractions.
• Sell tickets and products using a computerized POS system; accept cash, vouchers, credit cards, and listed foreign currencies.
• Collect and remit payments, balance the cash drawer, register, or float at the start and end of shifts, and follow cash-handling policies.
• Maintain awareness of promotions and upsell or cross-sell products, activities, and services.
• Anticipate guest needs, address concerns promptly under the complaint policy, and bid farewell to departing guests.

Park operations and safety

• Manage queue lanes, turnstiles, and guest services operational areas to support smooth park entry and exit.
• Operate the lost and found counter according to company policy and conduct guest surveys using a company-provided tablet.
• Remain prepared to respond to emergencies, help ensure guest safety, and participate in evacuations or drills when needed.
• Work outdoors in extreme temperatures and wet, humid, or windy conditions.

Job essentials

• Higher secondary education or equivalent and at least one year of operational experience in a guest or customer service setting.
• Spoken and written English proficiency and basic computer knowledge.
• Ability and genuine willingness to entertain and engage guests; flexibility, respect, and integrity.
