Oversee day-to-day fit-out and interior project operations from commencement to handover.
Ensure timely delivery, quality workmanship, cost control, resource management, and compliance with company and client requirements.
Project and team operations
- Monitor project schedules, progress, and resource allocation; deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Manage site engineers, supervisors, foremen, and labor teams; coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials across projects.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers; attend project meetings, provide updates, and resolve issues.
- Coordinate material availability with procurement and stores, monitor costs, and review variations, quotations, and subcontractor performance.
- Enforce quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements; conduct site inspections and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports, track KPIs, productivity, budgets, and milestones, and recommend process improvements.
Requirements
- Strictly requires fit-out/joinery experience.
- At least 2 years of operations management experience.
- At least 2 years of fit-out experience.
- UAE driver's license required.
Compensation and package
- Salary is AED 5,500–6,000 per month.
- Package includes salary, incentive, and visa provision.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
