Operations Assistant - Fit-Out

Role overview

Compensation and package

• Salary is AED 5,500 to AED 6,000 per month.
• The package includes incentive and visa provision.

Project operations

• Oversee fit-out and interior project execution from commencement to handover.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Monitor project schedules, progress, resource allocation, and completion milestones.

Team and resource management

• Manage site engineers, supervisors, foremen, and labor teams.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials across projects.
• Ensure workforce productivity and operational efficiency.

Client and stakeholder coordination

• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers regarding project requirements and progress.
• Attend project meetings and provide operational updates.
• Resolve project-related issues and client concerns promptly.

Procurement and cost control

• Coordinate with procurement and store departments to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Monitor project costs and assist in controlling operational expenses.
• Review variations, quotations, and subcontractor performance.

Quality, safety, and compliance

• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and project specifications.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations across project sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Reporting and performance

• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Track project KPIs, productivity, budgets, and completion milestones.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance operational performance.

Requirements

• Two years of operations management experience is required.
• Two years of fit-out experience is required.
• A UAE driver's license is required.
• The work location is in person.
