The position is Operations Supervisor in the transportation and construction industry.
The role oversees and coordinates daily operational activities in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Salary
- The salary is AED 4,000 to AED 5,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily transportation and operational activities.
- Manage drivers, vehicles, equipment, and manpower deployment.
- Coordinate with project and site teams to meet operational requirements.
- Prepare schedules and allocate drivers and vehicles.
- Monitor vehicle movements, attendance, trips, and operational performance.
- Ensure vehicles and equipment are maintained and available.
- Follow up on breakdowns, maintenance, inspections, and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety requirements.
- Prepare operational reports and coordinate with HR, PRO, workshop, accounts, and management.
- Resolve operational issues promptly and report major concerns to management.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Operations Supervisor or in a similar role in a transportation or construction company is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of transportation and fleet operations is required.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills are required.
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic are required.
- A valid UAE driving licence is required.
- Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office, are required.
- The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational requirements is required.
Work Location
- The work location is in person in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
