Translate strategy into operational execution while ensuring compliance, profitability, and service excellence.
Operational leadership
- Lead transport, logistics, fleet, and emergency-response operations.
- Meet contractual KPIs for on-time delivery, response time, and fleet readiness.
- Manage supervisors, dispatchers, drivers, and operations teams; resolve escalations within 24 hours.
Systems and fleet control
- Implement and optimize ERP and workflow systems, reporting dashboards, data accuracy, and digital documentation.
- Drive automation and process optimization.
- Oversee fleet utilization, maintenance, fuel control, and driver performance; monitor delivery, cost, fuel-variance, and emergency-readiness KPIs.
- Manage 3PL providers and subcontractors under compliance rules.
Financial, compliance, and people leadership
- Protect margins and control overtime, idle assets, fuel leakage, and maintenance costs; support pricing strategies and contract negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, HSE standards, client requirements, and documentation aligned with MoHRE and federal regulations.
- Build a performance-driven culture; conduct evaluations, training, and restructuring as needed; mentor supervisors and team leaders.
Experience and qualifications
- At least 10 years of logistics or transport operations experience.
- ERP or digital-systems experience; WMS/TMS/ERP systems are referenced in the application question.
- Experience with government clients such as ADNOC or utilities is asked about in an application question.
- Financial and commercial acumen and leadership capability are asked about in an application question.
Pay
- AED 15,000–22,000 per month.
