The employer seeks a skilled, safety-conscious operator experienced with heavy equipment and efficient site operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate excavators safely and efficiently on construction sites.
- Perform excavation, trenching, backfilling, and earthmoving; load and unload materials as directed.
- Inspect equipment daily, report defects or maintenance needs, keep machinery clean, and perform basic preventive maintenance.
- Follow safety rules, site procedures, supervisor instructions, project specifications, and timelines.
- Assist with other site duties when required.
Requirements
- Valid UAE Heavy Equipment Operator License.
- At least 2 years of excavator operating experience.
- Good understanding of excavation and construction-site safety practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and outdoors.
- Basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting knowledge.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay is AED 3,500–4,200 per month.
- Benefits include transportation, medical insurance, and annual leave as per UAE Labour Law.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
