Manage daily Account Services and Loan Operations activities, including syndicated loans, term loans, and overdraft facilities.
Support customer data management, operational controls, and issue resolution while delivering accurate, efficient, compliant banking services.
Key responsibilities
- Process customer maintenance requests and KYC updates.
- Support loan operations covering syndicated loans, term loans, and overdraft facilities.
- Maintain accuracy, completeness, and integrity of customer data across banking systems.
- Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Compliance, Operations, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and outstanding requests.
- Meet bank policy, regulatory, and control requirements.
- Identify process improvements and opportunities to increase operational efficiency.
- Complete mandatory training and stay aware of financial crime risks and regulatory requirements.
Skills, experience, and qualifications
- Strong knowledge of loan operations, account services, KYC, regulatory compliance, risk management, and stakeholder management.
- 3–5 years of experience in Banking Operations, Account Services, Customer Onboarding, or Loan Operations.
- Exposure to syndicated and term loan operations is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- ACAMS, CFE, or ORM certifications are advantageous.
