Lead loss prevention and security role at a hotel in Doha, Qatar.

Security and incident response
- Audit key controls and manage the electronic key box; issue, receive, and secure master keys, radios, and pagers.
- Patrol hotel areas, assist guests with room access, and monitor CCTV and alarm systems.
- Respond to accidents and emergencies; contact emergency medical services or provide first aid or CPR as needed.
- Assist guests and employees in emergencies, notify appropriate people, calm disturbances, and request outside assistance when needed.
- Document security and loss-prevention incidents, prepare shift activity reports and summaries, and transcribe, correct, and copy reports.
- Address security risks, escort unwanted persons out, report accident or vehicle-theft scenes, and request assistance using appropriate codes.
- Maintain report confidentiality and share information only with authorized people; prepare paperwork for employees needing external medical treatment.
Team and general duties
- Assign work and ensure tasks are completed on time; assist management with training and motivating employees.
- Follow security policies, report maintenance issues and hazards, and complete safety training and certifications.
- Welcome guests, communicate professionally, support colleagues, and meet quality standards.
- Meet physical demands including prolonged standing, walking, lifting, and moving through narrow, elevated, sloped, or uneven spaces.
- Perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors.
Desirable qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is desirable.
- No related work experience or supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is specified.
