Promotes brand awareness and supports Sales & Marketing at a Dubai Marina property.
The role includes telephone outreach to potential owners for vacation-club preview-package sales and tours.
Sales and guest engagement
- Promote brand image and use sales techniques that grow revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
- Contact potential owners, encourage preview-package purchases or tour bookings, explain presentation requirements, and verify eligibility.
- Determine and provide guest gifts such as rewards points or show tickets.
Operations and team support
- Perform filing, email, typing, faxing, and message-relay duties.
- Support management with employee training, evaluation, counseling, motivation, and coaching.
- Model fair treatment and support the open-door policy process.
- Follow company policies, maintain professional appearance, and protect confidential information and personal privacy.
- Welcome guests, address service needs, communicate professionally, maintain positive working relationships, support team goals, and uphold quality standards.
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested; move or handle objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Schedule and position
- Full-time schedule.
- Non-management position.
Preferred qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- At least 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
- No supervisory experience is listed as preferred; no license or certification is specified.
