Role Description

Full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, UAE.

Specialize in the leasing and sale of commercial office space across Dubai.

Advise landlords, occupiers, investors, and corporate clients on office leasing and acquisition strategies.

Source new office leasing and sales opportunities while building a strong portfolio of available properties.

Conduct property viewings, negotiate lease and sale agreements, and manage transactions from initial inquiry through successful completion.

Develop long-term relationships with landlords, developers, business owners, and corporate occupiers.

Provide clients with market intelligence, rental trends, occupancy insights, and investment recommendations.

Consistently achieve leasing, sales, and business development targets.

Qualifications

Experience in commercial real estate with a focus on office leasing and/or office sales.

Knowledge of Dubai’s office market, including key business districts such as DIFC, Business Bay, Downtown Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City, JLT, and other commercial hubs.

Strong understanding of office leasing structures, commercial sale transactions, and lease negotiations.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Ability to identify occupier requirements and match clients with suitable office solutions.

Commercially minded with strong business development and networking abilities.

Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple client requirements simultaneously.

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
