Role Description

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure warehouse and industrial real estate opportunities.
• Represent landlords, tenants, investors, and owner-occupiers in leasing and sales transactions.
• Source and market warehouses, industrial units, logistics facilities, and storage properties.
• Conduct property viewings, inspections, and market appraisals.
• Advise clients on rental rates, investment opportunities, and market trends.
• Negotiate lease agreements, sales contracts, and commercial terms.
• Build and maintain relationships with logistics companies, manufacturers, distributors, investors, and industrial property owners.
• Generate new business through networking, prospecting, and relationship management.
• Manage transactions from initial inquiry through successful completion.
• Achieve sales, leasing, and business development targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial real estate, industrial property, warehouse leasing, brokerage, or property sales.
• Strong understanding of Dubai’s industrial and logistics real estate market.
• Knowledge of key industrial areas such as Dubai Industrial City, JAFZA, DIP, Al Quoz, Ras Al Khor, National Industries Park, and Dubai South is advantageous.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Existing network within logistics, manufacturing, warehousing, or commercial real estate sectors is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
