About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify business processes suitable for AI and automation.
• Design, build, and deploy AI agents for sales, marketing, customer service, operations, HR, and finance.
• Automate workflows using platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, and similar tools.
• Integrate CRM, ERP, WhatsApp, email, calendars, and other business systems.
• Implement AI-powered customer support and lead qualification systems.
• Develop AI assistants for internal teams.
• Build reporting dashboards and operational automations.
• Connect APIs between business platforms.
• Test, monitor, and continuously improve AI workflows.
• Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical implementations.
• Document AI systems and create internal SOPs.
• Train staff on new AI tools and processes.
• Ensure AI implementations meet security and data privacy best practices.
