Role Description
- Full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, UAE.
- Identify and secure commercial real estate opportunities.
- Assist clients with leasing, sales, tenant representation, and negotiations.
- Manage transactions from initial inquiry to successful closing.
- Provide market insights and strategic real estate advice.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, landlords, investors, and business owners.
- Meet sales, leasing, and business development targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in commercial real estate, brokerage, leasing, or property sales.
- Strong knowledge of lease negotiations and tenant representation.
- Good understanding of Dubai’s commercial real estate market is an advantage.
- Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and provide professional recommendations.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
