Role Description
- Identify and secure commercial and residential leasing opportunities across Dubai.
- Assist landlords and tenants throughout the leasing process, from property marketing and viewings to contract negotiation and lease execution.
- Build and maintain a portfolio of available properties and qualified tenants.
- Conduct property viewings and provide clients with suitable leasing solutions based on their requirements.
- Negotiate lease terms and rental agreements to achieve favorable outcomes for all parties.
- Manage leasing transactions from initial inquiry through successful handover.
- Stay informed about market trends, rental rates, and property availability to provide accurate advice and insights.
Qualifications
- Experience in property leasing, real estate brokerage, property sales, or related real estate services.
- Strong understanding of leasing processes, tenancy contracts, and rental negotiations.
- Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and leasing regulations is an advantage.
- Excellent sales, communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to identify client needs and match them with suitable property solutions.
- Strong networking and business development capabilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Well-organized with strong time-management and follow-up skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Valid UAE driving license is a must.
