We are recruiting for an experienced
Office Manager & Executive Assistant
- to anchor day-to-day operations of its Dubai office while providing direct, high trust support to leadership.
- Job Title : Office Manager & EA
- Location: Dubai
- Salary: AED 15,000 to 18,000 + Standard Benefits
Key Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar,
- ideally within investment companies, financial services, or a related corporate/consultancy environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Business Administration or related field)
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and standard scheduling/travel coordination tools
Office Management
- Oversee daily office operations - supplies, facilities, vendor management, and general upkeep of a professional working environment
- Manage office budget, expense tracking, and invoicing; liaise with vendors and landlords
- Coordinate PRO services, visa processing, trade license renewals, and other government-related administration
Executive Assistance
- Manage the calendar, scheduling, and travel arrangements for senior leadership
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items
- Draft and manage correspondence, presentations, and internal communications
