Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in building construction projects, and the ability to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications and timelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Foreman in the UAE construction industry.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- **UAE driving license is mandatory**
Qualifications
- Bachelors in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant safety certifications will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Monitor daily site operations to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Allocate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment effectively to meet project schedules.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce safe working practices on-site.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to resolve site issues and maintain project progress.
- Inspect completed work and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain daily site records, progress reports, and attendance records.
- Monitor material usage and report shortages or wastage.
- Assist in planning and scheduling construction activities to achieve project milestones.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and organization of the worksite.
