Position: Sales Service Manager - Heat Exchanger & Cooler Refurbishment
Salary: AED 15,000 - 19,000

- Expert knowledge of
Asme Bpvc
and
(Class R, C & B)
- Proven experience selling into
- refinery, petrochemical, or power generation
- environments
- Hands-on understanding of
- shutdown/turnaround
- logistics
- Strong track record in LTSA negotiation and management
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region
What You Will Do
- Drive new business and manage long-term service contracts (LTSAs) for shell & tube heat exchangers, fin fan air coolers, plate heat exchangers, condensers, and more
- Lead end-to-end sales — from technical consultation and proposal preparation to contract negotiation and closure
- Own on-site and workshop refurbishment sales, including industrial shutdowns and turnarounds
- Build and maintain relationships with procurement and engineering decision-makers at key client organisations
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction
