Office cleaning and maintaining a clean, neat, and hygienic workplace are the position's primary responsibility.
The role also supports hospitality and daily office operations.
Responsibilities
- Clean workstations, meeting rooms, the pantry, and common areas; keep the office organized and presentable.
- Perform daily cleaning and housekeeping duties.
- Prepare and serve refreshments and support meetings and visitors.
- Handle printing, photocopying, scanning, and document-related tasks.
- Assist with purchasing and arranging office, pantry, and cleaning supplies.
- Monitor supplies and report items that need replenishment.
- Provide basic administrative support and follow workplace cleanliness, hygiene, hospitality, and safety standards.
- Perform other duties assigned by management or the Administration/HR team.
Requirements
- Two years of experience as an Office Girl or Office Assistant is required.
- Good knowledge of cleaning procedures and workplace hygiene.
- Basic printing, photocopying, and scanning knowledge.
- Ability to handle office and pantry supplies and assist with purchasing.
- Good hospitality and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- English is required.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience in office cleaning, housekeeping, or office support is preferred.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 1,500–2,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
