Responsibilities
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions and evaluating output requirements.
- Design programs using requirements analysis, workflow charts, BPMN diagrams, and visual models.
- Improve systems by studying current practices and designing modifications.
- Produce SRS, BRD, and SDS technical documents.
- Recommend controls, improve procedures, and maintain system protocols.
- Create user documentation, provide help desk support, and train users.
- Prepare technical reports and monitor project progress.
- Define project milestones, phases, teams, requirements, and budgets.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and backlog refinement.
Essential Skills
- Software design and documentation.
- Software development process and requirements analysis.
- Software maintenance, testing, and quality assurance.
- UML and BPMN diagram design.
- Written communication and process improvement.
- Project management and alignment of requirements with organizational objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in healthcare and insurance industries.
- Hands-on experience with Insurance Management Systems.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and Scrum practices.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent IT industry experience.
- Three to five years of experience in the health insurance industry.
- Three years of software development experience required.
- Two years of Product Owner experience required.
- Arabic language skills are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Dubai.
