Role summary
The HR Executive manages day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, attendance, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR administration.
The role requires understanding of HR best practices and UAE labor laws, as well as communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain attendance records, track absences and lateness, and coordinate approvals and reporting.
- Manage recruitment from sourcing and CV screening through interview coordination and selection support.
- Coordinate onboarding, employee documentation, orientation, and exit procedures.
- Coordinate payroll activities, employee records, benefits, and insurance requirements.
- Support employee queries, grievances, performance reviews, and employee relations.
- Prepare HR reports and communications; maintain accurate, confidential files and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, policies, and regulations; communicate and improve HR procedures.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least three years of relevant HR experience in the UAE.
- Good knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in recruitment, attendance management, payroll coordination, and employee relations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills; attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems; ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- English is required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,200–4,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
