- Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Efficiently manage, respond to, and redirect inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel
- Maintain organized office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and administrative support
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office functionality and a professional working environment
- Provide support in basic IT-related tasks, including installation and management of office software and systems
Working Hours
- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- 5 working days per week
