Office Administrator
About This Role
We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team!
Responsibilities:
-Overseeing daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization
-Answering phone calls and emails and directing inquiries to the appropriate department or employee based on the nature of the request
-Greeting customers and other visitors and directing them to offices and meeting rooms
-Managing agendas, travel plans and appointments for upper management or other key employees
-Performing bookkeeping and financial tasks, such as recording transactions and maintaining and prepare petty cash reports
-Creating and updating databases and records for financial information, personnel records, customer management records and other data
-Tracking, replenishing and ordering office supplies to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
-Preparing reports, letters, Fill forms, spreadsheets and presentations
-Supervising members of the administrative staff and delegating tasks to team members in some cases
-Assisting with onboarding new employees and coordinating
-Positive behavior to the other employees in the organization
-Have knowledge in dealing with courier companies like FedEx, DHL etc
Requirements:
- 2+ years of office administration experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping procedures in zoho / Tally, including billing and invoicing, budget tracking, cash handling, expense report preparation and payroll processing
- Ability to multitask and work independently
