**ARC Decor & Contracting** is seeking a dedicated and organized **Female Office Administrator** to join our office in Mussafah 16.
We are looking for a candidate who is detail-oriented and capable of managing administrative tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily office administrative tasks and documentation.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries.
- Maintain organized filing systems for projects and contracts.
- Assist in coordinating office supplies and basic operational needs.
- Support the team with general clerical duties to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements & Details
- **Gender:** Female (Preferred).
- **Visa Status:** Must be on **Husband’s Visa**.
- **Salary:** AED 2,500 per month (All-inclusive).
- **Location:** Candidates living in or near **Mussafah** will be prioritized.
- **Skills:** Good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Pay: From AED2,500.00 per hour
