Role Description

The Off-Plan Client Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.

The advisor will engage prospective and existing clients, presenting off-plan real estate projects and guiding them through the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing.

Daily responsibilities include providing tailored property recommendations, conducting professional consultations in Arabic, Italian, Russian, or German, and ensuring clients clearly understand project features, pricing, payment plans, and legal requirements.

The role involves managing client portfolios, following up on leads from various channels, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and coordinating with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and mortgage to deliver a seamless client experience.

The advisor will also monitor market trends, attend project launches and events, and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong client-facing capabilities, including Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on building long-term trust and repeat business.
  • Excellent Communication skills and Customer Service orientation, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally to diverse client profiles.
  • Understanding of Insurance and related financial products as they pertain to property transactions and client risk management.
  • Fluency in at least one of the required languages (Arabic, Italian, Russian, or German), plus good command of English.
  • Previous experience in real estate sales, off-plan advisory, or a similar consultative sales environment in the UAE or GCC region is highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools, with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Knowledge of Abu Dhabi and Dubai real estate markets, including developers, projects, and regulatory frameworks, is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site, meet sales targets, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
